Non compliance with comitment

I purchased blackberry through india times which they delivered in 7 days. Once we recieved the set, it was defective and immediately call was made to call center for returning my money and take the set back. It took around10 days for indiatitmes to pick the box. Everytime i said about refunding my money but still they have sent another set which they are forcing on me.

I have written many mail to them but they are not ready to listen. Being a consumer and its my hard earned money that i want it back.

Please help me out
