Hi,
I have purchased a wall clock from Indiatimes online shopping of worth 6000 Rs. But they have delivered a non working wall clock.
I had purchased the clock online on 30th Dec but they didnt delivered it to my Pune address instead they delivered it to Bombay address. When i called the Customer Care after that repeatedly calling many times almost 2 weeks finally the delivered a non working wall clock to my address.
Now i am calling them but they said they will pick it up by Aramex Courier last week but still they havent came to collect the clock, even after calling repeateadly they give some false answer.
Can any one help what should be done and how to proceed for a complain against Indiatimes.
