Efusal to replace defective product

I ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ28 digital camera from Indiatimes Shopping (order number:112212606) to which they sent a camera whose battery was defective. They refused to change the product and said that it was due to my mishandling. Please help me put with this case.
