Order no. 112948999 indiatimesshopping .complaint no. 780893 .i made the payment on 15th april .on 23rd i got a call from courier that a packet in my favour is with them and i have to pay them rs.2200 to take delivery whereas i had made total payment in advance . i took up matter with indiatimes and they noted down complaint and gave me the number and that is all.

my query is how they propose to compensate me for the delay and harrassment caused to me for no fault of mine.
