A reminder was send regarding the conformation of shipment with a reply that your order has been processed satisfactorily and will be sent with due date i.e., june 16. Again reminder was sent on june 13 and a mail was received from the customerservice on june 18 that unfortunately your payment is not received please send bank statement showi ng payment has been deposited in infibibeam.com account. On the same very day a copy of the bank statement was mailed to resolve the issue. After that nothing is heard from the firm inspite of my emails to customerservice.
