i purchased one I sound mobile handset [dual sim] on 14.04.09 vide cashmemo no.26 from M/S Kapoor communication Service B-62 PatapNagar, JaipurHouse Agra [UP].
During the month of december 09 there was no display on the set and prior to this one sim was stopped working. For this I reached to the authorised service centre "Audio-Care" Shah market Agra. They accepted for repair on 7.12.09
But they returned the phone without repair on 24.12.09. when I asked the reason, he misbehaved. What should I have to do.
