I bought a samsung B2100 mobile phone on 21st dec since the battery was draining out very quickly I took it to the service centre"digital waves" in chennai. They said there was something wrong with the circuit and that they would give me a new phone in 10 days. Now it is more than 45 days and everytime i call the service centre they are saying that it will take one week. Most of all the attitude of the guys answering the phone and at the counter is awful.
