Sir,

I have purchase Karbonn mobile K46 yesterday 11-11 from Shivdarshan Telecom bhuj for Rs.3700/- But today i came to know that its price is MRP.2990/- as per news paper ad.& MOP.2590/-.

I went to seller for refund of excess money.but he is not ready for refund. Now pls tell me what to do?
