Could not proper use

Dear sir,

I have purchased spice mobile handset no. S-940 last year and i am using the Voda phone Services. I could not connect the handset with PC. I could not open the net in the mobile services before two days i already using the net services in the mobile but when i change prepaid to postpaid plan net services has been stoped in the mobile. at the time of purchased mobile i did not get any CD with handset so please inform me how to connect handset with PC and enjoy all services which is provided by manufacturer.
