The door of my Refrigerator (Kelvinator Ref KD 225 LG [as per the invoice] ) was damaged, i registered the complain with the customer care of the same company, the people from the company came with a wrong model door and on objecting to it they asked for some time for the product to be available.
After few days the answer from them was same. its been more than 4-5 months now, but there is no response from the company. i kindly request to please look into the matter and help the customer from wrong and misleading promises of the company
