I had bought a kenstar food processor on Oct. 2011 and it started giving problem after 2 months. I launch my complain in Feb. on their toll free no. 18008814040 and even received a call from Aurangabad and Delhi they told me that they put a penalty on the service center, but my complain was still not rectified. I was going through a harassment and planing to go in consumer court. If the Co. can solve by problem, than it will be a great help.
