Kenstar karishma food processor
Steel jar chakki was broken

Hello Sir,

I purchased ken-star karishma food processor on 2-9 and the warranty period is 2 years. Before few days when i was using steel jar, there was a big sound and the chakki of the jar was broken. i did not understand the reason for it. Now that jar is not working and i face a lots of problem.

So i request you to do the needful in this case as soon as possible. The serial no. of my warranty card is 320110400500201178.Hope a co-operation from your side as you know that after sales service is very important for any reputed company. Thanks a lot.
