Repair required - no response

Dear Sir,

I had submitted a complaint to kenstar for my Microwave not working almost a 45 days back. The complaint number given then is as follows:-

Complaint Number - BAN 1603110049

Since then, it took 2 weeks for their representative to respond and make a visit to my home for checking the appliance. We were then told that they will need to take the machine for repair and that person would come back in 1-2 days time and take the same with him. Since then, It is now more than 2 weeks again and despite regular phone calls, followups from my side, I have not yet heard from them.

I called up the customer care couple of days back and was told that the complaint number has been serviced and is closed. I am not sure how they did that considering my microwave is still not yet repaired.

I would appreciate if some action can be taken on this case and my appliance can be serviced at the earliest. Please feel free to contact me at 07829902170 for any further details required.
