I had bought Kenstar Microwave in Aug. In Oct one of the lock of the door broke. I complained and the meera road service center came and took my door on 23rd Oct. For that time i am making calls to them, they have still not given my door back. They keep registerging the complaints and cancelling the complaint without doing anything. Please do the needful at the earliest as my oven is lying without any use from the past 10 months.
