My kenstar microwave oven bought in january had stopped functioning (rotating but not heating) some 15 days back. after lodging complaint through toll free number 18004194040 one service engineer came and found few parts (2 fuses and the magnetron) not working and have to be changed.the very next day a lady from the office of the local service centre called up to inform that my work will be done the very next morning and the service account was, also, closed but without any work done thereafter. in fact no information was given to me for the delay and there was no regret on their part for the inconvenience caused.
