My washing machine is not working from first day as their were few nut missing on the day of purchase which was noted by the Neel enterprises samta madam on the bill itself, but now they refuse to repair, as on the day of installation the water started draining out from a missing rubber cork near the heater plug, they said they will fix it, after few days the belt was torn and now the situation is like that the machine is in dismentalled condition for last one month. According to bill date my mwashing machine is still under warranty and needs replacment but the Neel Enterprises says rudly pls. talk to the company we are not responsible for this.
