I have bought the Kenstar Water Heater on 19-09.It is in warranty period. My Complaint number is MUM2001110089. The Kenstar service men visited 3 weeks ago and assured to rectify the instrument within 2 days.since then i am calling them every day but they are not responding properly saying that the defected parts are not available in the market. I told them to Replace the water heater but they are not ready to replace the heater.every day they tell a new story for not attending my problem.indly do the needfull.
