Purifier not Work Properly

I have a product of your company with the model no :-Bio Sure (its a kenstar purifier product.)

my purifier not works properly from when i was purchased.

becoz the internal machine (which responsible for cleaning water.) it properly fix..(on his original place).

so i request you please you will sent your machanic for repair it, (my purifier in warranty period)..
