I have purchased kent grand plus from Sri Raaga's techno marketing pte ltd on 16-05-09 with serial no. KR 090300947.
The purifier started giving problems from date of purchase. The micro-switch does not work, every 15 days we have to complain and call technician. As myself and my spouse are from working class one of us have to take leave to wait for technician. Today one person has come from Radiant Bizz associates and charged Rs450 for starting. I have purchased this purifier instead of aqua guard sensor as my colleagues from our campus suggested to buy Kent.
I request you to advice your office in hyderabad to repair and rectify the peace. I am a senior citizen and hope your company may relieve of frequent headaches.
