I have purchased Kent grand plus RO water purifier and was installed on 12 may 11. As per policy I am entitled for free servicing of the product as well as free of cost parts replacement in case of any defect. My product stopped working on 27 May 11. I immediately contacted Kent service provider on 9890329000, who informed me that a technician would be sent as soon as possible. Nobody came. Even after repeated calls, till date nobody has come to repair the product, and my family has suffered health problems due to unsafe water.
