My name is Priya Ranjan Mahato from Chota Ghamaharia, i purchased Kent water purifier on 17/04 invoice no.341 serial no. of product is KR100303692.As per company specification the membren & carbon block of the product life is up to 1 year but it is working only up to 3 month, i have to change the membren & carbon block after 3 month and it costs 3200/- I have complained to the service center also but they are not responding.
