I bought one Kent pearl water purifier in the month of june. It has alot of problems from the very first month of installation. Their service engineer came four time and rectify the problem but everything in vain. this water purifier still not working. Actually, i belongs to rural area. The water in that area is not good. I already talked with their area manager many time. Also, he gave me the proposal of exchange with the new one. But when i broought this Kent Pearl from Jhandutta to Panchkulla then he denied this proposal. Now at the moment, they were just giving me harassment and wastage of my precious money like travel expenses etc.
