I had renewed the contract for Kent RO few months back. One of the days the Kent machine stopped working and after numerous attempts did the person come into check. When he checked he said the motor has got a problem and would come to replace in a week. But even after 3 weeks there was no replacements. After blasting the person in Kalyan, they gave a replacement. Till now the machine has not been replaced. Its been 2 months now. This has been the Worst customer service ever. Shocking!!!
