I bought Kent from authorised dealer fo gurgaon as per KENT advertisement in Times of India last month.
1. There is water leakeage from tank, i complained to
dealer (this could have been checked during installation). He said he
logged a complaint with KENT, but nobody tunred till date (now
almost 20 days)
2. Now This is not even worse, from yesrteday onward this stopped
water purification. It is not even a month og purchase. I called
custer care they said my data is not yet feeded in your system. It
could have been done by delaer, and if not then why you have such
unprofession relationship with dealer who is spoiling your brand.
Is it the kind of professional behaviour from your company?
Tough they do logged manual 10974 .I asked them to do it on urgency,
but not sure, no one tunred till now.
They gave me the number of Gurgaon area supervisor (9582796188), but
this guy said he is not in front of his system and not aware of any
such complaint. Later on he said first you fax me the copy of bill,
then only we will entertain me.
This is really very bad for me to expect this kind of service from
your company. There seems no process anywhere and its all for
harassing customer. I have spend good money to question you guys, I
am buying water from outside allthough I spend on KENT .
Now I doubt even product may be faulty one.
