We have purchased kent ro uv purifier last year june.and from then only it is continously creating problem.when we bought it it took us 16000 rs.and now before one year they are taking 4000 rs. more for the after sales service.not knowing what to do we are thinking to go to the consumer court becuse we are fed up of paying them money after money.
