I would like to brought to your notice, that I brought a Khaitan Zylo pedestal fan in last December from Manyam Electrical Work, Rajamundry, Andhra Pradesh which is 20km away from my place. This was stopped working in end April when summer starts. I took this to Manyam Electrics to repair. They told Khaitan service person will come and attend to faults / repairs. Now it becomes more than two months, I went there and phoned several times to en quire about my fan status. Still is as it was. Nobody attended and the sales personnel telling Khaitan's person is not attending! Now they are not responding to my calls!
