The Le Pure Kenstar Water Purifier I bought in 12.01.2008 continues to function erratically. I had my first problem within 3-4 months when the device stopped giving water flow. I called the service engineer who did some repairs and within 3 months again the filter malfunctioned. On 25.05 2009 a service engineer came to my residence after at least 10 calls to again rectify the filter. The filter was serviced but again within 5 months there was a malfunction. I have not been getting satisfactory service since then and every 3 to 5 months the filter stops working properly. I feel that there is need to properly repair the filter or else I shall be constrianed to take suitable legal action against the Company.
