KLV-19T-400W Sony Bravia
Not given Remote LCT TV

Dear Sir

I bought Sony LCD bravia KLV-19 T- 400W from e-zone Bangalore -Koromangala They told me there is no remote available right now as its in store room we will get you remote after week and they told for time being you can use Philips Universal Remote and after week you can check we will provide you original remote of the product for time being you can use the Universal remote and that remote is also not working when ever i go to e-zone shop they delaying saying come Today and tomorrow they acted as UN-ethical way for sake of selling the product i have paid whole amount for brand new LCD TV every customer should get all accessories with purchased items,

I HAVE THE NAME OF THE SALESMAN AND BILL WITH ME

I kindly request you to please arrange thew Remote for the LCD Bravia KLV-19T 400W which is coming along with the product i will deeply appreciate this if can take action against them

iam also going consumer court if this action its not being taken...
