I ordered a Transcend digital photo frame on Jan 10 from http://www.koovs.com/ website. Even after one week I didn't receive any response or the ordered product from them. So I contacted them through phone and email. After two days only they responded and said that my order is held up since there was some transaction error and they will ship the product or refund money in 1-2 days.
Complaint #1: If there was transaction error, why didn't they intimate me for a week
Even after 5 days, I didn't got any response from them. So I chased them again. But they are not responding to my phone calls or email them. My money is stuck with them for more than 10 days. Please get me the product or the refund money from them.
