I bought a Water Dispenser from Big Bazaar - Poonam Mall some 1 month back, from Day 1 it was not working, called their authorized service engineer and he said compressor is faulty, i asked them to exachange it with new but they said they can't but will replace it with new compressor and till date no news.

This is V bad service, would advise people to stop buying from Big Bazaar any Korya products.
