I have purchased a Sumsung 1.5 ton split AC dated 29th May and the followng day Samsung technician has installed the same. Later I notice water leaking from the indoor unit leaving the room flooded and not even a droplet emitting from the outdoor unit. I have opend a complaint #8415202204 with customer care and the it is still in OPEN status despite multiple remindrers. The good thing about customer care is - every time I call to check the status of my complaint they tend to take it as a fresh complaint pestering me with the same old questions.
can someone tell me where to route these escallations to get issues of this sort fixed. I mean the phone numbers/email id's of the escallation team to convey our concerns.
