I have got delivery of 16 GB Pen camera through GATI courier on 5.7.11 vide Bill No.308 dated 5.7.11 with one year warranty. Since then I tried to record video recording it was in vain only audio was o.k I tried to contact through mobile No. it was also not responding. Can u help me immediately how to get the pen camera functioning duly repaired giving details to whom it should be given as it is in warranty period.
