Sir we have purchased two fans one high speed wall fan and one high speed seeling fan both of them are rejected one wall fan is making sound when it rotates and one seeling fan is also making sound sometimes when it starts and when it stops its bearing are failed but when yours serviceman comes he dosent find any mistakes again we have to go to your dealer satyam electorincs i think so you have hired some unskilled serviceman who dont know to repair only he knows to note forms from party of satisfaction
