There is a problem with my lava ARC03 Mobile, IMEI-910503802276198, it started key problem. I went at your service centre @ JP Electronics 18, DDA Mrkt, Main Rohtak Road, Nangloi, Delhi on 17.09.11 job sheet No. MZIFDL004110917R224. Now my complaint is that my phone hasn’t yet given to me. I have visited at this centre many times but the same answer is the phone hasn’t come. So we are unable to give you. On 16.10.11, he asking to come after one more month. After One month on 30.10.11, once he denied to give the mobile and asked to come after another 15 days.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange to give my mobile as soon as possible.
