I had purchased a Usha lexus water heater from Rathna fan house in the year 9th May. Recently the heater failed and since the warranty is covered for 2 years, i had called the lexus service person to replace the same. Though i had a valid warranty card, the date of purchase was not mentioned in the warranty card and since i dont have the bill with me i was not able to claim the warranty.
Since the purchase was made through my credit card, i was able to take out the transaction details and submitted a request letter to Rathna fan house account section. The response from the account section was very poor and the person never bothered to give a proper reply when we went to give the request letter.
Being a customer for Rathna fan house, i felt very bad why i should purchase all my household requirement from them. Recently i had purchased a 1.5 ton samsung ac also from them.
