Poor response from LG

Ref complaint no. RNA 110607087477, I have repeatedly approached LG Customer Care on 18001809999 with a request to repair my 5 year old window type 1.5 TON AC. They promised prompt action to send a vehicle to pick up the AC . However, no action has been taken yet. I have approached Customer Care atleast 6 times. Please take suitable action against LG. My particulars are as under;-
