Picture problem

Dear sir,

I am (Mr. Vijender). I have purchased LG 29'' Colour TV from M/s. Sri Srinivasa Electronics -Anupuram colony, beside Andhra bank Kapra E.C.I.L.- Hyderabad-62. on dated:27-09 (This is Under warranty period only)

I am facing problem dated:04-04 on that i have complained to your local engineer he has came and attended the call but not cleared that problem completely. He told me that I will come and collect that TV, took the TV to Ameerpet Customer service center. But upto now he not attended to my home (call).
