LG 42" LED TV
No service

I purchased LED 42" TV one year back (mid of Aug). LG service center called me & fixed the appointment to come & do the service. Since I was busy in the weekdays, I asked them to come on weekend. He confirm over that phone that he will come & do the service but never turned up. When I contacted the Customer care no, I was shocked to know that my service ticket is closed. They have a timeline to just close the service ticket even whether they do service or not. I feel LG is more interested to meet their metrics by closing all the service ticket within 24 hours than servicing the customer.

Its better for LG to focus on customer than their internal metrics.
