REFUSE TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IN GURANTY PERIOD

I have purchase a LG split a/c from LIGHT & SOUND GLAXY s/add g-55 laxmi nagar delhi-110092 on dated 22 jun. MODEL NO--LSA5AB3 TIN NO-07280171232 SET SR NO- 002NLF000155

After pass only 45 days my a/c cooling become too less. I complain to LG CUSTOMERCARE SERVICE. But they cant solve this priblem. Guranty of this product by LG is one year. So i request to CUSTOMERCARE SERVICE to replace my product due to defect. But LG management refuse to replace the product. Its a wrong practice by LG management. LG is reputated co in india. After this behaviour how can belive in LG products and after sale service. I think so LG senior officer solve my problem very soon.
