NO attendant for For reinstallation & servicing

We registered complained for re-installation of LG split AC. It's Been 2 weeks since first request. Only received calls but no personal from LG come to install AC.

We call them 7-8 times and left with only request no's. It seems LG call center in Chennai is also of no use.
