LG Electronics India - Replacement of Defective Air conditioner

I have purchased window-air conditioner of LG 3 years before. I use AC only in summer for two months. In the I year summer it worked well for one month and suddenly cooling stopped. In the II year summer I have paid Rs.2, 500& get it serviced from LG dealer. It worked for one week and cooling stopped. Again I gave for repair. It worked for 2 weeks and cooling stopped. I left it like that. In the III year summer (this year) I have given for repair 3 times in a gap of 10 days. Three times LG people are failes in doing service. Again they took for service.
I have given e-mail & Courier about this complaints 2 years before for replacement of air-conditioner& Iam following this since 2 years. They are doing servicing& avoiding replacement. As a customer Iam suffering with this piece since 3 years. only a defective piece gives trouble like this.
As a LG Customer Iam very sorry to say about this type of negligence in replacemnt. I need my defective piece to be replaced immeditely and I want my service charges to be reimbursed to me by LG. Iam also demanding consumer damage claims for such type of inconvenience to customers.
