Invalid IMEI

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am using LG KG 300 Mobile. It is not CHINA, It is company product. I purchased my phone from an authorized dealer. But from Today onwards I can’t use my phone because of invalid IMEI . How can my IMEI became invalid even I subscribed it from an authorized dealer?? Please give me a suggestion to solve this issue
