WRONGLY I purchased a LG refrigerator in 2008 (230Ltr.) after one month the bulb was FUSED, I call the costumer care & they send me person for check-up & he says that you have to pay the money then I will bring the new BULB. I leave it as it is.
in March-April the fridge was going automatically off & on. I book the complaint against No: c104078053, they send me person to visit, The person came & ask for money first.
after that I have not seen any body. I THINK THEY NEED ONLY MONEY NOT CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION.
I DON"T THINK LG IS SERVING BETTER< THEY HAVE ONLY NAME THERE.
I REQUEST THE PEOPLE THAT DON'T GO BIG COMPANIES NAME SEE THE SERVICE & SATISFACTION.
