Poorest Service

I have purchased one top loading washing machine from Amit Enterprises, Shop No. Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi - 110023 with telephone no 01126118349. I found them committing false promises to me. The have told me to pay the full amount for the machine and invoiced me the same on 26th October They committed verbally that it can be delivered only on 27th October by 1400 hrs. I have taken a leave only for this reason that the machine will be coming by that time. To my distresses they started saying it will reach to you by 2230hr or before 2400hr on 27th October. After calling several times to the helpline and Amit Enterprises the response was very very poor. So I have no other means than just to wait for the machine to arrive at their mercy. The warranty will start from the date of invoice which only means while not using the machine my warranty date count has already started. I don’t know what will happen to the service in future if this is the kind of response I am getting before the machine is at my place.

LG Products and its dealer’s service are very poor not as the say Life is Good.

It became “Life is Hell” by associating with them
