Respected Sir/Madam,
We got fridge LG fridge in 2009 every year we have to spend atleast -rs on it from sometime gas problem or sometime cooling problem. This year again compressor needs to be replaced and technicians are not giving proper
response. Complain was given 10days back guy came after 3days after follow up from my side came checked left fridge opened from back side. We asked him change whatever he needs to change he said, it wil cost 2500/- we were ok
with that as well as we are used to of this paying LG every year for something or other. I got Num of some Manager Named VIJAY whom whenever i call he says your complain wil closed madam end of the day which doesn't happen.
I would tell people not buy any LG product As they dont have good costumer service.
