Dear Sir/Madam,
Our microwave oven is having problems as the start button in the touch panel is not working for which, we had logged a call on the 30th Sep and again on the 2nd week of Oct but we have not received a single call or nobody has visited our house to find out the issue/problem with the Microwave.
The call center executives have informed that the person has visited the house and informed that the part is not available and closed the call. Please be informed that nobody has visited nor have they called back to find out the problem.
I am very much unsatisfied with the service, its been more than 20 days, but we have not received a single call. Nobody seems to be bothered and guess they are now trying to pass the buck. Is this the type of service provided by LG?
I would highly appreciate if somebody takes some action after seeing this mail and try to sort out the matter.
