I am a permanent customer of LG since 2004.I have various products of LG.i.e LG Refrigerator (220 L), Washing machine 7.5 Kg and LG television.
On 18/07 I bought
microwave oven

At first dealer sold a product which was not packed, microwave which was displaced in his shop was delivered to me, when i asked him to provide a packed product at my home he replied that he had only one piece and that product is OK and ready to use.
On the first very day when i started microwave it gave sound just like a tractor when it starts I complained to dealer to change the product he ensured me that it was a minor problem and i should request LG customer care to send an engineer to solve the problem. I phoned customer care LG.he gave complaint number which i have written at the top. An engineer visited at my home his name is isfaq according to him the microwave was running OK he said noise which is coming from the microwave is due to missoperation done by us.which was not true the actual cause of sound was, when microwave get heat up its sound vanishes maybe sound was due to initial load.microwave was also not cooking food i.e. it was taking lot of time to cook.service engineer said all products of lg specially microwave works same but when he tried to cook basic food it was taking lot of time after a long speech between me and engineer then he realised that there is some problem. engineer told that some parts of microwave has to be changed.
he assured me that he will arrange parts soon. I phoned customer care as 4days were gone but no one from lg came, i phoned dealer, service center than on the fifth day engineer came he changed the parts. microwave run OK next day again it stopped working i complaint customer care engineer came to my home that time microwave was running OK he said system is OK. I talked with area sales manager, area service manager no one was able to help me out I requested to change my microwave which is not running properly from the first very day.
now my microwave has problem that on pushing start button two or three times the duration of cooking food doesn't increases
also the start up kit which i had received is not having full kit some bowl is missing.
sir if i am getting so many problems from the first very day why is lg not changing the product.please justify
so kindly see into the matter and help me out from the frustration
