This is with respect to complain we need to make against LG electronics.
We had bought an Home Theatre (DVD player) some 7 months back in Mar with a gurantee of 2 years. Almost 30 days back, we had a problem with the DVD, as the sound card was not working. Same has been complained to LG office (complain no C10A3104586 dated 31st october)
Since then we are continuously following with various officers at LG, but then we get same reply everytime that the part is not available in market and same will be rectified in 2-3 days time.
We are facing a big problem, as we are not getting any clear answer from LG India
request you to take this issue with LG.
