Poor after sale service

I purchased a LG fridge in February. In First week of June Fridge started giving problem. The help line no:18001809999 was not getting connected (I must have tried not less than 50 times). Thereafter I lodged complaint through the LG dealers, where from I had purchased the fridge (Amit Enterprises, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi) on 7.6.12 (at 1500 hrs.). Complaint id: 120607016046. After lot of chasing one person landed at my place on 8.6.12 at 1900 hrs and told that gas had leaked and fridge needed gas filling. He had no answer why the gas leaked within one year and 4 months of purchase of fridge and told that on 9.6.12 some one will come for gas filling. We kept on waiting throughout 9.6.12, but on one turned up.

Can you do something to get the problem attended, as one can understand how difficult it is to manage without fridge in peak summers.
