The front loading washing Machine (Model- WD-8001C1 is out of order since 02.03.2012 after getting attended on 01/03.My regular reminders after my return from outstation on 11th March'12 the machine was not attended to to make it workable. After 4 reminders & lapse of 5 days, one technician did visit my place but after talking to his service manager, informed that he will visit with the spare in the evening left, keeping the machine in open condition. He did not turn up & on enquiry, the service manager informed that they do not have relevant spare & machine can not be set right. For all good purpose, the machine is useless for me.
LG though claim to be best service provider, remained a nightmarish experience so far. Pl arrange to do things so that the machine is set right.
